The library has a strong Native collection with items in all library formats – hard and soft cover books, magazines, newspapers, and CD-ROMs. You will also find Nishnaabemwin/Ojibwe Language resources in our collection.
Local History & Genealogy
We are currently working to expand our local history and genealogy resources.
The library now has access to the online database called Ancestry Library Edition. Ancestry® Library Edition is one of the most important genealogical collections available today. It has unparalleled records of the United States and Canada, including census, vital, church, court, and immigration records, as well as other areas. Ask staff to help you get started in using this online collection. The database is only available at the library. Start looking for your ancestors today!
